DESCRIPTION:We will meet at 6:00 PM to start the gathering with our guest speaker and have dinner after an educational presentation. The dinner cost is $40.00 per person. \nWe are pleased to welcome Richard Branigan\, Chief Executive Officer for the American Red Cross Connecticut and Rhode Island Region\, as our guest speaker at this month’s meeting. \nThe American Red Cross is a humanitarian organization dedicated to providing emergency assistance\, disaster relief\, and education throughout the United States. The organization plays a vital role in responding to natural and man-made disasters by offering shelter\, food\, and emotional support to affected individuals and communities. \nIn addition to disaster relief\, the American Red Cross is a leading provider of blood and blood products through its extensive donation network. It also offers health and safety training such as CPR and first aid\, supports military families with emergency services\, and contributes to international relief efforts. Driven by volunteers and funded by public donations\, the Red Cross remains committed to alleviating human suffering wherever and whenever it is needed. \nA Zoom link will be emailed to the membership prior to the meeting date for those who cannot join us in person. \nR S V P
