We are fortunate to have guest speakers Legislative Policy Analyst Thomas J. Nuccio and Ashley McClain, founder of Linked Autism Safety Project presenting on the Yellow Envelope Program, which complements the Blue and Green Envelope initiatives. The Blue Envelope is designed to assist individuals with autism, the Green Envelope supports those who are deaf or hard of hearing, and the Yellow Envelope was developed for individuals who may have cognitive, intellectual, or physical disabilities and may have difficulty communicating during an emergency or traffic stop.
