We are pleased to announce that our guest speaker will be Judge Hank P. Naughton (Ret.), Partner at Napoli Shkolnik PLLC. Judge Naughton serves as Managing Partner of the firm’s Public Client Practice Group and Executive Director of its Veterans Advocacy Project. Prior to joining the firm, he spent nearly three decades in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, including ten years as House Chair of the Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security, and later served as a Justice of the Massachusetts District Court. In addition to his public service career, Judge Naughton is a U.S. Army veteran with multiple deployments.Judge Naughton will be speaking on two important topics of current interest in the public safety community: fire apparatus antitrust litigation and PFAS in turnout gear. His extensive legislative, judicial, and military experience will bring valuable insights into both legal and operational perspectives on these issues.
We will meet at 6:00 PM to start the gathering with our guest speaker at 06:30 PM and have dinner after this educational presentation.
